Brief Story.

The Trust sought to establish itself as the leading provider of a concierge-level service that provides valuable next-season-of-life resources to eligible NFL players. While there are many disparate offerings for former NFL players from various organizations, The Trust offers a superior solution. Additionally, The Trust sought to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy highlighting its differentiated brand value and increased awareness and engagement.

Objectives of the Project

The objectives of this project were to: 

▪ Understand the scope and reach of current owned marketing assets 

▪ Establish a strategic marketing plan that can be utilized as a roadmap for incoming and current staff 

▪ Establish a content plan and best practices that will enable The Trust to amplify its message through consistent, relevant, and on-brand communication through its various digital media channels and other strategic brand engagement. 

Internal Assessment

Moore Creative Solutions conducted an internal assessment of The Trust’s current owned marketing assets and strategy. We assessed the current situation by comprehensively interviewing key stakeholders, reviewing the competitive landscape, and analyzing available primary and secondary research. We clarified The Trust’s goals, conducted a Digital Marketing Audit, defined their target market, and identified their consumer personas.

Cultivating Creative Content

We developed content pillars for The Trust based on their most engaging content and content that would resonate well with their target audience, based on the market research we conducted. Following the development of the pillars, we provided The Trust with recommendations on the type of content to post with each pillar and some social media best practices, plus posting recommendations.

Executing Strategy and Implementation.

After the project, Moore Creative Solutions developed a detailed strategic roadmap that included a Brand Audit, Social Media Audit, Social Media Best Practices, Competitor Analysis, Buyer Personas, Content Strategy, Recommended Platforms, Rules of Engagement, Hashtag Banks, an Ad Strategy, SEO Strategy and Recommendations, Email Marketing Strategy and Recommendations, and long-term KPI’s, metrics, and goals.
