Overview.
From November 2023 to February 2024, Stephanie Moore, operating as Moore Creative Solutions (MCS), partnered with the City of Atlanta Mayor's Office of Communications (MOC) to enhance their social media presence. This engagement involved comprehensive management of the City of Atlanta's main social media channels and the GrowingUp404 Instagram account, aimed at connecting Atlanta's youth with valuable resources and opportunities. The goal was to support Mayor Dickens' initiative to designate 2023 as the Year of the Youth, extending its impact beyond the year.
Objectives.
City of Atlanta Social Media Channels: Develop and execute content strategies to boost engagement and follower growth across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Threads.
GrowingUp404 Instagram Channel: Establish and manage a dedicated platform for Atlanta's youth, promoting resources and opportunities to foster their growth and involvement in the city.
Scope of Work.
1. Content Creation & Calendars
Developed content calendars for both GrowingUp404 and the City of Atlanta's main channels monthly.
Directed the copywriting process for GrowingUp404, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
Managed content creation and scheduling via Loomly for all platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Threads.
2. Client Interaction
Held weekly status meetings (30 minutes to 1 hour) with the MOC team to review progress and align on strategies.
Sent weekly status update documents outlining progress towards project milestones.
Provided bi-monthly social media reports: one for GrowingUp404 and one for the City of Atlanta.
3. Content Management
Monitored trends and audience engagement to refine content strategies.
Tested and optimized copy versions to enhance performance.
Made strategic recommendations to improve sentiment and engagement for the City of Atlanta's channels.

Received and utilized visual content (photos, videos) and background materials from MOC.
